    What You'll Do Here:

    The Product Marketing Manager will manage the execution of the product marketing strategy and develop innovative product marketing programs that drive market awareness and fuel demand for ed2go’s academic and corporate channels. This will include championing our product’s value proposition and clearly articulating how we solve our buyers’ problems in close collaboration with product management, channel marketing, and channel sales teams.


    Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop marketing programs, collateral, and sales enablement toolkits and training that drive value and revenue for the business
    • Collaborate closely with product management to:
      • Identify buyer persons and buying criteria
      • Develop product messaging that resonates with target buyer personas
      • Understand the competitive landscape
      • Understand the buyer’s journey
    • Develop product go-to-market plans to drive B2B/B2C market awareness and new customer acquisition
    • Overseeing day-to-day product marketing operations
    • Collect and analyze data to ensure efforts are aligned with opportunity and revenue potential
    • Regularly meet with customers, sales, and product management to understand product needs and market trends
    • Provide timely and relevant channel-enablement communications, promotions, and education
    • Manage budget and provide accurate forecasting across a range of product launches
    • Report impact of product marketing activities, including determined KPIs and ROI
    • Use internal and external customer feedback and performance data to optimize marketing mix and budget
    • Help with management of channel marketing automation platform and other resources and tools
    • Supporting the marketing team with customer insights and research to inform marketing strategies
    • Attend and participate in meetings as required, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
    • Stay abreast of current marketing trends, effective methods of digital communication/delivery and digital marketing tactics
    • Complete other duties assigned to meet company goals

    Skills You Will Need Here:

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree or minor in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
    • 4-6+ years’ experience in product marketing, business development, digital, or brand marketing
    • Detail-oriented, accurate, and thorough
    • Experience maintaining a budget
    • Knowledge of proper English grammar and usage
    • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
    • Strong understanding of user experience and working within a marketing automation platform and CRM
    • Familiarity with web analytics, key digital metrics, and reporting
    • Ability to prioritize tasks to deliver projects on schedule
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, as well as Microsoft Office Suite or Microsoft Office 365
    • Proficiency using Apple OS


    Preferred Skills and Experience:

    • Experience working in an e-learning or higher education environment
    • Experience in managing MDF or similar funding programs
