Cengage Learning Management Services is a shared service center providing Accounting support and services for Business Units within Cengage Learning. Services and support include transactional processing, data analysis, and reporting, for both Domestic and International units.
The Sr. Revenue Analyst supports the business by completing a wide range of analysis surrounding the customer revenue cycle. The position works closely with various different departments within the organization: Finance, A/R, Customer Service, Collections, as well as our external customers. The candidate must demonstrate a strong understanding of the full revenue cycle. To be successful in the role, this person needs to work well in a team environment, be collaborative, have great attention to detail, and be innovative. Needs to work well in a fast-paced environment & motivated to draft change.
