    • Adept at making data-driven recommendations and taking the insights and implications found in the data and relate them through cohesive narratives
    • Able to handle multiple simultaneous projects, meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure and in the face of uncertainty
    • The subject matter expert on ed2go’s strategic pillars, market trends, company and department level KPIs, and advocate for resource and initiative
      prioritization to accelerate growth
    • Someone possessing outstanding attention to detail with superior time and project management skills

    What You'll Do Here:

    Leadership & Operational Excellence

    • Establish strong relationships with the key leadership and stakeholders to ensure a free flow of ideas and information across the business
    • Collaborate across the organization, aiding in individualized strategy formulation for different projects and initiatives.
    • Inspire and move cross-functional groups in a unified direction
    • Work directly with business units to understand business priorities, identify strategic initiatives, and deliver on analytical solutions, reporting, system
    • enhancements and process improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness

    Strategy & Strategic Planning

    • Own the strategic planning process, stakeholder involvement, and deliverable creation; includes not only creating the deck, but crafting the “story”
    • Responsible for the structure and execution of strategic initiatives by developing work plans, generating and gathering relevant data, driving analyses, and developing actionable recommendations
    • Provide short and long-term strategic recommendations to executive leadership that build and capitalize on business opportunities
    • Collaborate with leadership/management across the organization, aiding in individualized strategy formulation for different projects and initiatives
    • Oversee the creation of ed2go strategy presentations for monthly, quarterly, and annual planning
    • Implement periodic review of plans to frame and validate strategic options in conjunction with cross-functional colleagues and stakeholders

    Research & Insights

    • Develop research plans and set clear priorities for research initiatives that support and inform business strategies
    • Directly manage research projects as required, including scoping the research, defining research methodology, establishing clear priorities, and working with stakeholders to test, measure, and report on findings
    • Synthesize multiple sources and types of data into a single narrative that fuels business strategy, planning, and prioritization
    • Create workflow diagrams to document current and future business views based on customer insights, internal reporting, competitive intelligence, market sizing, and market conditions

    Enterprise Reporting

    • Own enterprise reporting and associated data capture requirements; support stakeholders in departmental reporting and analysis
    • Proactively document and drive data-driven recommendations; lead and support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed by business unit

    Skills You Will Need Here:

    • BA/BS degree with top-tier academic background; MBA a plus
    • Minimum of 4 years previous management consulting and/or strategy experience at a top tier consulting firm or equivalent experience at a technology, media, or education firm
    • Strategic mindset – be able to tell a story through analysis, develop innovative strategies and drive value add throughout each and every project
    • Ability to structure and execute quantitative and qualitative analysis and deliver data-driven insights
    • Demonstrated writing and verbal presentation skills enabling her/him to prepare and present information and recommendations to a diverse and often senior audience
    • Collaborative problem solving and working style to drive change through influence
    • Able to self-manage progress against milestones and deliverables with a high degree of accountability and personal urgency
    • Experience managing analyst direct report(s)
    • Interest and/or experience in education, software, information services and/or publishing industries a plus



    • Experience working with continuing education, workforce training, non-credit baring programs, and employee training solutions
