The Enterprise Digital Specialist (EDS) at Cengage Learning is a highly accountable role and plays a critical part in providing exceptional collaborative pre-sale consultative technical expertise and digital product education primarily to customers at Career Education institutions and to a smaller degree, institutional deals at Higher Ed colleges and universities. The EDS also provides and directs implementation and training for all digital sales in their territory. The EDS is the voice of the customer as it pertains to our products and provides ongoing feedback to the platform and product teams for continuous improvement of our digital products. A clear and effective communicator, the EDS works collaboratively with various stakeholders, demonstrating valuable problem-solving skills, a strong technology expertise, customer orientation and exceptional presentation skills.
