Engage deeply in the product organization, among others:

  • Form a deep understanding of Cengage Learning’s products, processes, systems/tools, personnel, and strategic direction
  • Approaches and solutions will often include a direct partnership with front-line teams, process documentation, training plans, and engagement through implementation
  • Along the way, look for other opportunities to increase our effectiveness and efficiency to encourage an environment of continuous improvement and process innovation

  • Must work well in a matrix environment across multiple groups and levels
  • Demonstrated success in data analysis, managing multi-discipline stakeholders, driving complex projects from conception to implementation
  • Strong writing and verbal presentation skills especially in simplifying complex analysis and recommendations with a diverse and often senior audience
