The Program Management Office (PMO) is the strategic execution arm of Cengage’s Global Product Technology organization.
This role will serve as the effective “chief of staff” to our Service Experience (SX) team by providing direct support to the SVP of SX and his direct reports. This work includes management of that team’s major initiatives and helping to improve operational efficiencies.
This role will be high-visibility and will offer exciting challenges in problem solving, collaboration and communication, cross-team orchestration, and day-to-day team management and leadership.
The broader PMO team which you would be joining are the “grease” that drive our execution of strategic initiatives from ideation and initiation to market launch. We are the go-to people to ensure initiative teams are focused on the highest-value work. We also make sure each initiative is organized, value is ultimately delivered, and all key stakeholders can tell a consistent story of initiative progress.
