What You'll Do Here:

  • Lead the strategic planning effort across the Online Skills BU and ensure a level of insight driven rigor exists at all level of strategy (people, product, segment, market, business unit).
  • Drive the inorganic growth process for Online Skills in close collaboration with the M&A team.
  • Drive key strategic initiatives and support the functional teams the development of their short term and long-term objectives and key results.
  • Ensure coordination of strategic initiatives between business units.
  • Work with key subject matter experts and internal organizations to analyze current industry trends, expansion opportunities, competitive threats, and make recommendations.
  • Build and cultivate direct relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Lead project teams and individually execute large scale projects.
  • Analyze current business processes, recommend improvements, and lead change.
  • Lead the research and analytics team within Online Skills.

Skills You Will Need Here:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and MBA preferred
  • 10 – 15 years of total experience with at least 5+ years leading projects at a top-tier management consulting firm.
  • Track record of achievement in delivering large, complex projects and influencing business outcomes.
  • Ability to drive a high-impact agenda with a diverse set of executives/ business stakeholders, and the ability to drive the right change in a fluid and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to challenge ideas and norms with thoughtful arguments.  Is a thought leader who is creative and innovative in identifying solutions and persuading others to a course of action.
  • Highly developed analytical skills and data savvy.  Strong quantitative & problem-solving toolkit
  • Demonstrated success in maintaining perspective and focusing on the key priorities for the Online Skills business.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.  Proven record as a good team player with an understanding of how to deliver both personal and team goals.
  • Capacity to work independently or as part of a team with a “roll up your sleeves” approach.
  • Prior experience leading successful organizational transformation projects.
  • Excellent written, oral, presentation, and facilitation skills.

  • Capacity to work independently or as part of a team including a willingness to take a "hands on approach” to deliver results on projects as needed
